12 questions.
One honest reading.
Score how your hiring actually runs, 1 to 5, across the 8 dimensions I read for every client. Under 5 minutes. Scored in your browser, stored nowhere, and no email to see the result.
Someone who touches hiring where you work has already scored it and sent you the link. Their reading stays sealed until you finish yours. Answer it as it runs, not as it should.
One person's view is exactly half of the measurement, and it's the half I already know is unreliable. The other half is who you send it to next.
Score the last 3 hires, not the policy.
Each question sits on a scale from the left description to the right one. Pick the point that describes what happened last time, not what the handbook says should happen. The scale runs 1 to 5, and the 8 dimension scores are plain averages. No weights, no tricks.
One reading. Half the measurement.
Eight scores, ranked weakest first. The 2 at the top are where your hiring leaks most, on your own account. Under them, the first move against each: small, this month, and you can do it without me.
Everything above is one person's view. The reading I do for clients scores the same 8 dimensions from 4 seats and puts a cost on every gap. The Hiring Check gives you the first 2 readings free.

Two readings. The gap is the finding.
Two people who both touch hiring have scored the same 8 dimensions. The rows are ranked by the size of the disagreement, with one floor: where you both scored a dimension low, it's named at the top whatever the gap, because 2 people agreeing that something is broken is a finding too. Where the scores are far apart, someone in the business believes hiring runs a way it doesn't, and that belief is what candidates meet.
This is the same finding my reading produces from 4 seats instead of 2, with a cost on every gap and the first fix sequenced.
Both readings live in this page. Nothing was sent anywhere.
Give me 30 minutes, and the reading.
Bring the reading, or bring nothing. I'll tell you where I think your hiring actually stands and which shape fits, if any. No deck, and no proposal unless you ask for one.
